Refund & Billing Policy

This policy explains how billing works across the Liminate products, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It supplements the Terms of Service.

1Payment processor

All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card number or PayPal login. We store only the transaction record (PayPal order or subscription identifier, amount, and the plan or credits applied).

2What you can pay for

3Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal at the interval shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Your plan remains active through the end of the period you have paid for.

4Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from within the product or from your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.

5Refunds

Credits are non-refundable once used. Because credits unlock a verified outcome at the moment they are spent, a credit that has been consumed cannot be refunded.

Where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you stronger refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply and are not limited by this policy.

6How to request a refund

Email hello@liminate.dev from the email associated with your account, with the approximate date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.

7Price changes

We may change prices or plan terms. Changes apply to future billing periods and purchases, not to periods already paid for. We will revise the "Last updated" date when this policy changes.
